Do your research assignments introduce your students to the depth of literature in your field or do they send your students scurrying to Wikipedia? Are they learning research methods or just doing a scavenger hunt through the library's collection? In this workshop you will learn how the library can work with you to create research assignments with strong learning outcomes. We will review the latest studies on student research behavior and best practices on the development of research assignments.
Lunch will be served. Registration is required.
